I don't even care about losing weight right now, I just want to be healthier and stay healthy. I want to feel more energetic and I want to feel good. Does anyone have a good diet plan?

  1. The most important thing is to follow a balanced eating plan and not to follow a 'diet'. Go to www.http://www.mypyramid.com Here you will find the most balanced eating plan which is tailored for your needs and you will find more tips on healthy eating and exercising.

  2. The diet that made me feel best involved no sugar other than natural fruit sugar, no starch, and no grains other than brown rice.  And of course, drink lots of water!  It's a bit extreme and it takes some time to get used to, but it is a healthy diet.

  3. Good for you for wanting to eat healthy. Eating healthy is good, not only for weight loss, but for your body and health as well. A good way to start is to cut out fatty, unnecessary junk foods such as ice cream, candy, donuts, chips, etc. Once in a while it's okay, but too much is bad for you. Next, replace those foods with healthy foods like fruits and vegtables. Instead of a donut for breakfast, have a small bowl of fat/sugar-free cereal and a side of fruit. For lunch something like a low calorie salad is very healthy. And as for dinner, a good, healthy meal would consist of: an average portion of meat, vegtables, and one other thing like rice. When out at a restaurant, try to skip the chips, or bread on the table. It is less food, which is less calories. For a snack during the day or dessert, a small bowl of yogurt with fruit. (no ice cream.) If you ever have a sweet tooth, don't stuff yourself with a venti Starbucks double chocolate chip frappucino, instead, go to Jamba Juice, and order a small, healthy smoothie with fruit. Good luck!
