Thanks BEC, but Point de Vue no longer exists (it's now called culturofil). As for attending the same schools and parties - I have, but I'm looking for a shortcut or an arrangement as I'm tired of endless dating :(

  1. Most people with nobility titles do not have money so sure, if you pay enough you will find someone.

  2. I'm pretty sure that men with a "nobility title" have no problem getting married and do not need a service which helps them find women that are looking for a man with a "nobility title", as I'm sure those kind of women come around, what......every thirty seconds.

  3. Don't we all!

I'm a Marquis too, maybe we should meet ;)

  4. Alas, it is quite difficult to meet a man with a NOBLE title. You need to frequent the sort of places they inhabit. You also need a lot of money.Areas where royals and aristocracy frequent are London, New York,St. Moritz,Gstaad,Paris,Rome,Madrid,Los Angeles,Florence,Geneva,Monte Carlo,Biaritz,San Francisco...to name a few. Equestrian events(jumping and dressage, and polo),skiing, are some pastimes they take part in. If your were to read English Tatler and French Point de Vue magazines, you'd get a better picture of their world and the sort of things and places they are interested in! Aristocrats attend many auctions at Sotheby's and Christie's in London and New York.Read the social columns in the cities listed above and find out restaurants and clubs they frequent.

It also helps to have attended the same schools that they have. The aristocratic and royal worlds are quite insulated;they prefer being among people with the same interests and background. It's quite hard to infiltrate their world;but if you are truly interested in the person and not the title, you will have more luck. Social climbers are disdained.

You must also read Debrett,Burke's Royal Families of the World, and Burke's Peerage to get a good picture of the society you are interested in entering;knowledge helps opportunities unfold.

Oh,about the Miller sisters. They did not buy titles, errant poster. Marie-Chantal married for love;she is happily expecting her fifth child,so I'd say the marrigae is a success. She ,being an heiress herself, was introduced by friends to Pavlos of Greece--here is where living in their world helps.

MC's two sisters unfortunately are divorced;Pia was not married to a title, just an American aristocrat,a Getty-from the same world she is from.Alexandra married someone she knew since childhood,Alex von Furstenberg,of the roving eye( he is a prince).

NYAH: Point de Vue is know called CULTUROFIL? I've been looking around for the magazine...I bought many editions earlier this year...when did it change?

  5. I'm a Marquis... perhaps we can meet.

  6. Should you have published your request in desperate and dateless category

Edit - Dude, I think I know your cousin

  7. I am certain that you can buy a title.   That said, look at the Miller sisters.  I often stayed at the St. Regis - NY and the joke was about the Persian (Shah) related princesses.  People respect people for the work they do and most people laughed at the titles.  Read about the billionaire Miller family, then decide.  Trying to be helpful, but honest as it would be sad for you to be taken for a ride.

  8. HAHAHA cough, golddigger, cough.

  9. Just wait until Zsa Zsa passes, and you can have Prince As*hol*.

    They can smell gold diggers

  10. Moyra D......I am shocked *snigger*titter* HAHAHAHA,oops, sorry about that. You sound just like I used to.

Nyah.I have a distant cousin, three or four times removed (but he keeps coming back) Lord Richard Cranium,he would suit you very well.

Edit.....Moyra D,Lord Richard Craniums cousin, three or four times removed but, still welcome,is a Pain in the Back,do you remember him?

  11. You would need to have millions and millions of dollars in verifible assets, and would need to pay a matchmaker who works in this area about $50,000 to even get in the door.  You also have to know the European circuit since nobility from all over "play" there, which would cost a few million dollars a year.  If you have about $50 million, you might be in the ballpark.

  12. Yes there is. It would be the firm of Shallow, Superficial and Golddigger. They are barristers located in Jackburro, England.

  13. the one above me is pretty funny.
