Your question is a little confusing, but if you mean can she can she go with you to the store, then yes. She can go and get whatever phone you want and just use it as her upgrade. They don't care who gets what because they are getting your money anyway. Have you had an upgrade since you got the phone? Did you both start the plan your on together, or did you get added later on? That makes a difference in the date for your upgrade. Hope this helps you.

i went the day they released the new 3g....they said that the account holder has to be there...because no matter what when u buy the new 3g u have to sign  a new 2 year contract....they are not currently offering it without a contract, or extesion

Well she would have to get the iphone with her cell phone number and you will have to exchange phones with your mom and put your sim card in the iphone.
