I want a job in Hollywood?

I want a job somewhere in the movie industry .... I want to be famous but not famous like angelina Jolie or will smith cause I don't want the media on me where ever I go... I don't want to be a director.. Is it possible to make short appearances in movies something like a comedy actor? What are some good rewarding jobs in Hollywood?

The only rewarding job you'll get in Hollywood is being a janitor.

It's very hard to get into Hollywood because, frankly, LA, Hollywood, all the big movie industry hot spots hate dealing with newbs.

You have to remember, there are millions of other artists like you who are trying to make it big in Hollywood, too and fail. My dad's worked in the film & music industry before, and I've seen him dealt with many artists such as yourself who want the same thing. So I assure you, he would know.

You should try and research some other schemes on the internet to try and get into the movie industry.

try studying film and stuff and see if you really like it but if you don't enjoy it and are only doing it to become famous that's not going to get you anywhere

Set up a Hot Dog Stand, selling tour maps. I know people who have homes in the Islands via those items sold.

   Beyond that, get INVOLVED in the craft, and that community. No offense, but I have to believe YOU might be the only one who cares about any fame you might achieve or how you either LIMIT or FREE yourself to do what you want.

   GOOD is relative and subjective, and not every wanna be gets DISCOVERED wiping counters at a Starbucks. You wanna a foot in the door,,, you better PUT a foot there and wear heavy duty shoes, as well as take on tolerance, acceptance, and some compromises that won't seriously degrade you.
