Peru is an astonishingly beautiful country & it's very affordable. Cusco & Arequipa are two lovely, low-cost cities.

Buenos Aires is my favorite major city on the planet & it's v. affordable.

Prague is one of the least expensive cities in Europe, and it's gorgeous.
