I got married in October'2007 and i need to get my marriage registered as per the new ACT . I need the details of the registrar's office in delhi so that i can get it done as i need to renew my passport also and it's needed urgently.

To the office of Sub-Divisional Magistrate in whose jurisdiction any of the husband or wife resides, during 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on any working day.
