I want a menu for a dinner with no beef or any cow meat, it also has to be indian,thai or chinese.?

Please answer with a dinner WITHOUT BEEF or cow meat! Also try to make sure that it is thai, chinese or indian :)

  6. 1 lb flour noodles

    10 1/2 oz boneless chicken breast, skinned

    1 egg white

    2 1/2 tbsp corn starch (corn flour) dissolved in 1 1/4 tbsp water

    13 tbsp vegetable oil (or lard)

    7 oz chives, washed well and cut into 1 inch sections

    Salt to taste

    1 cup chicken broth

    1/4 tsp MSG



    Noodles With Chicken

    Method:

       1. Shred the chicken b*****s. Mix the egg white and the corn starch-water into a paste and coat the chicken shreds.

       2. Heat 4 1/2 tbsp of the oil in a wok to about 212 degrees F. Add the chicken shreds and cool, stirring, until they turn white. Pour out the oil and set it aside.

       3. Mix the chives, MSG, salt, and stock with the chicken and bring to a boil. Drain off and reserve the broth and seasonings. Place the chicken shreds in a bowl.

       4. Boil the noodles 3 times with little water. After the final boiling rinse in cold water and drain well.

       5. Heat 4 1/2 tbsp of the oil, including that used earlier, in the wok until the oil surface ripples. Tilt the wok to swirl the oil around.

       6. Add the noodles in an even layer. Shallow-fry them, swirling the wok so they will be cooked evenly. Fry until browned on one side, then slide the wok, scoop or a spatula under the noodles and turn them over.

       7. Sprinkle the other 4 tbsp of oil around the edges and shallow-fry the noodles until browned on the other side. Add the reserved chicken broth.

       8. Cover the wok and simmer for 1 minute, or until the noodles absorb the sauce. Toss the noodles with chop sticks or a fork and add the chicken shreds.

       9. Stir, remove, and serve.

  7. WILD RICE WITH APPLE

    4 to 5 servings  (Indian vegans)

    1 cup wild rice

    1 cup brown basmati

    2 1/2 cups water

    2 pinches of sea salt

    1/2 cup fresh orange juice

    1 teaspoon olive oil

    grated peel of 1  orange

    2 teaspoon rice syrup

    juice of 1 lemon

    1 granny smith apple cored and diced

    1 celery stalked diced.

    Cook the rice ,water and sea salt for 45 minutes. when it is ready  transfer the rice in a serving bowl.Heat the orange juice ,olive oil,rice syrup ,orange peel and a pinch of salt  in a small par over low heat.Remove from the heat and stir in lemon juice and diced apples.toss rice and celerywith apple and orange dressing and served warm.

    SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES AND TOFU

    3 to 4 servings

    1/2 pound  firm tofu , cut  in big dice

    3 to 4 slices of ginger roots cut into thin matchsticks

    1 red onion cut into dice

    4 tablespoon of white vinegar

    1/2 cup water

    1 cup fresh carrots cut in julienne

    1/2 cup celery cut in julienne

    1 cup water chestnuts

    1/2 cup pineapple tid bits

    1/2 cup bell pepper

    1/2 cup tomato catsup

    soy sauce.

    1 table spoon of sesame oil1/2 cup cucumber seeded and diced.

    cornstarch.

    salt and pepper.

    In one bowl  put the tofu and sprinjkled them with cornstarch and salt and pepper. Fry them till golden brown. In 1 pan boil the ginger with the vInegar . When  it is already boiling add the water  and the onions.add the carrots , celery , water chestnuts. simmer them till the veggies is halfway cook. Add on the rest of ingredients.salt and pepper to taste. if the  sauce still running add little cornstarch into the water and thicken them. Mixed the fried  tofu into the sweet and sour sauce. Enjoy.

Piece of p**s.  Indian cuisine has thousands of different vegetarian curries and curries containing paneer, which is vegetarian cheese, made without rennet.  Just google vegetarian curry.  Then there are curries made with fish, seafood, goat, mutton and pork.  I like my meat, but when some Indian friends stayed at our place for a month, the ladies did all the cooking, which was entirely vegetarian, and I never got tired of their food.
