Im gonna give you my top ten fave funny movies but not in order as you may have a different opinion.

1. Dumb and Dumber- leave your brain man. just enjoy this dumb movie. jim carreys best.

2. meet the parents- hope you never have to relate to this thing. but man this was one funny movie. robert de niro was fantastic with ben stiller.

3. barbershop- black guys talkin smack in a barbershop. botta love it.

4. happy gilmore- just gotta watch it for bob barker. he kicks happy's ***. way to go bob!

5. hot fuzz- from the people behind shaun of the dead. spoofs all action cop movies. great laugh movie.

6. shaun of the dead- zombies and comedy. whats not to love?

7. american pie- american pie thats why!!

8. emperors new groove- i know its a disney cartoon but if you havent seen it yet, d**n youll laugh your head off.

9. austin powers- the first movie blew me away. funny, s**y, spy comedy. gota love mike meyers for this one.

10. the longest yard- if you love american football and you love comedy you cant go wrong with this one.

ill give you a few more just give you more options. the mask was pretty good in its time. romantic comedies are ok but if you have to watch one try notting hill or perfect catch. shrek was a great funny computer animated flick. funny films coming out- i now pronounce you chuck and larry (kevin james and adam sandler get married. dont worry not a g*y thing.. not that theres anything wrong with g**s...) superbad, and knocked up. check all of these out.

No you gotta see "without a paddle" it is so good it has Dax Shepard (from Punk on MTV) and Seth Green and Matthew Lillard he was in Scream part 1 and 13 ghosts he's so funny! Totally the best funny movie in a while

It's an older movie.  "The Money Pit" with Tom Hanks.  I laughed till I cried and then laughed some more.  Another funny one is "The Gods Must be Crazy".  That one starts really slow, but picks up during the second half.  If you can make it through the boring first half your sides will be splitting towards the end.
