I want a new layout, but my old one keeps coming up. What to do?

Do I need to remove my present layout first? If so what are the steps?

  1. There's currently a glitch with Yahoo where you load 360 photos and they don't show up as your Yahoo Answers avatar. No doubt they're working on it so all we can do is be patient and hope they fix the glitch soon!

    It's times like this that I remember my Dad used to say "You get what you pay for" so, considering that I don't pay anything to use this site, I refuse to let it get to me that they have glitches all the time. Yahoo is famous for it's glitches. Welcome to YaHELL.
