one that cooks for me....one that cleans for me...one that doesn't lip at me....one that is ready for my sexual desires.....one that will mow the lawn for me....one that will change my oil....one that will raise my kids......one that will pay my bills....I want a nice woman...Is that so hard to ask?

Well, you have grounds for optimism.  Judging by what I read on Marriage and Divorce, there are women who do all those things for their husbands.  Mind you, it tends to p**s them off after a while, otherwise they wouldn't be grumbling about it on M & D, but you might get your wish fulfilled for a while at least.
