I want a printed edition of a dictionary. What is the latest, most accurate, printed dictionary?

Well Miriam Webster comes out with a new version every single year. I've found it to be pretty reliable. You could probably get one at your local bookstore or even at Wal-Mart.

But I really suggest just using one online. It's much easier!

Webster's Collegiate Edition has always been very reliable, for my family.

Nine of them, dating from 1974 to 2007, have a place of honor on my bookshelves.

Some were used by my oldest son (age 40) and others were used by my youngest son (age 30).

My granddaughter (age14), who lives with me, has started collecting the newer editions.
