  1. Mmmm sounds delish. I dont have a recipe, but if I were you I would experiment. Muahaha ;-)

Just put the pineapple juice in a pan, add some cornstarch (about 1 Tbsp per cup) stir to dissolve and heat... make sure it boils and thickens, then add enough vinegar for taste, the can(s) of tuna, and drained corn. Personally I prefer sauteed green peppers and onions in my sweet and sour, but corn is yummy too :)

  2. Dont know too much about that

But I would suggest Mayo, Brown Mustard and Relish. Thats a great combo with canned tuna

  3. canned tuna

    1 kilo onions

    extra virgin olive oil

    1 cup of water

    4 tbsp of sugar

    a pinch of salt

    250ml white wine vinegar

    flour for dusting

    chopped fresh mint

    Method

Peel and finely slice a kilo of onions and gently fry in 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring continually. Add a cup of water, turn up the heat a little and simmer till all the liquid has evaporated. Dissolve 4 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl with 250ml white wine vinegar. Add to the onions, bring to the boil, and then take off the heat and season with salt only. Meanwhile, put tuna into the pan and bring to boil.Place on serving plates.

  5. SWEET AND SOUR TUNA

    1 tbsp. oil

1 green pepper, cut into thin slices

    1 lg. onion, thinly sliced

1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve syrup)

    2 tbsp. sugar

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white tuna, drained & flaked

    1 tsp. salt

    1/2 tsp. pepper

Thirty minutes before mealtime, in large skillet over medium heat, saute green pepper and onion until onion is limp. Cook 5 more minutes, stirring often. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
