Read -> if you read nothing else, just read the third and last paragraphs because its less detailed and pretty much sums it up, but i just wont really take your answer as seriously, most likely.

I've been rushed through life, and a career is getting closer and closer. and although the internet may not be the best place to turn to for advice, id just like a second opinion from someone I can relate to. (or a 20th opinion XD.)

So basically I'm looking for some advice on what career you all think I might like to pursue, or be good at. and what I should major in, in college.

I'm good with computers, not all that knowledgeable however I pick up technological things quickly. I like technology very much, and I very rarely get tired of it.

I write books, doesn't get much deeper than that, I write long, detailed, books, that I and all my friends love. And enjoy it.

piggybacked on skill # 1 i can fix a lot of problems with technology, now, such as issues with a computer, or hooking up a entertainment system.

I give good advice.

I have considerably good logic, and solve problems easily.

I type very fast, from my head, not as fast if I'm tying something out, but still pretty fast.

I don't hard labor all that much. Or rather, I can do it, its not a problem for me.

I pick up different tool uses easily.

I cook very well.

I can paint, (like walls, not pictures.)

I can sort different files and organize well.

I can design web pages, power points, and banners, or posters, ETC.

(creative)

I can teach effectively.

I can make contraptions to do just about anything with random things.

(you know, making a lever with a stick and a rock) those kind of things, only less primitive.

Summary.

Excellent with technology. I write. Excellent logic. Resourceful. Worker. good cook. Creative. And good teacher.

  1. This might sound silly, but what about writing instruction manuals. I'm really not sure how to get into it or how well it pays, but it could be something you might be good at.

    Good luck

  2. u could be a computer teacher!

i remember i loved that class!

  3. What about writing technical journals or trying to get some of your stories published?

  4. Sounds like your really a jack of all trades. If your goal is money, I would stick to computers or IT, and you said you enjoy it so that might be your thing. Even if you aren't that knowledgeable, you just have to take classes and read up and practice.

  5. Take whatever appeals to you!! because whatever appeals to you will be something you enjoy, and something you enjoy is something you are good at!

  6. It sounds like you should be a computer technician, or maybe a computer teacher.

    Good luck.

OR HOW EVER U SPELL IT !! good luck in college.

  8. u could be a good teacher

  9. You should join a computer repair team

    Decent-good wages

    Requires thinking

    should be creative

  10. You sound a lot like me, it's scary.

If you very rarely tire of technological things, then it sounds like it would be an ideal career choice. It sounds to me as though you would do very well in a computer based job and you would enjoy it. Also, computers are becoming a bigger part of our society every day, it's hard to go wrong with them. Careers in ICT don't pay badly either.

If you have a passion for writing, don't stop, even if you don't pursue it as a primary career choice, one day your talent could come in useful.

You could even make the best of both your talents and become an online journalist or something. Whatever you do, it's always a good idea to keep some options open.

  11. this is hard.  it seems to me you have many different career alternatives. here are some jobs you should consider:

professional cook, professor/teacher, part time writer, technology specialist, etc

    good luck!

  12. Well you mention things you are good at, which leaves open alot of different fields. So what is your desire... a dream job? See I also can type fast, organize well, give good advice ( I hope ), good at solving problems and fixing computers.... etc and I want to be a doctor. Ofcourse there are other things I'm good at, and I'm sure your good at other things as well... but base off this information you just wrote I would say something probably in the engineeing field.
