  1. Well there is a Biblical parable if you're interested in that.

    The Parable of the Seed

3Then he told them many things in parables, saying: "A farmer went out to sow his seed. 4As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. 5Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 6But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. 7Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. 8Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. 9He who has ears, let him hear."

  2. here's one!

"a man lived with his wife and son in a huge banglow. he had everything one could wish for. but he was a very bad son. he had his dad thrown in a small room on the property away from the main house. the old sick father sat alone day and night, coughing and feeling miserable. but his son never gave him company or did anything nice for him. his wife only did this much that she sent left overs to the old man once a day to feed him. even the dogs in their house got better treatment than the old man. one chilly day, the old man came down with pneumonia and shivering with cold, he knocked the door to his son's house. son opened the door and asked what the old man needs,. he said he wants a blanket as he;s really cold and the old blanket is all torn. son thought a long while and then took the dogs blanket from the pet's bedding. and gave it to his dad. "here" don't disturb us again". the old man had tears in his eyes as he slowly took the blanket and turned to leave but he heard his grand son's voice suddenly. "stop grand pa!!" the old man stopped. his son and his wife asked their son why he's stopping the old man"well" grand son replied "i think we should give him only half the blanket and save half of it". "oh" his parents were amazed "but why" "its only an old doggy blanket that is already flea infested and smelly"... the little boy said thinking "well!! we should save half of it for both of you, so that when you'll get old and you'll be living in the little room where grand pa lives. i'll give the other half of this blanket to you".. stunned by the little boy's honesty and foresight. his mom and dad started crying and said sorry to the old man. they realized their mistake and the old grand pa moved into the house the next morning. the end!
