I want a suggetion box in my yahoo group joining page.?

Question

i want a suggetion box on my yahoo group page if any new bemer want to join my group they will see there a suggetion box with this question " why you join this group" and member answer will comes to owner of that group.

pleasr help me.....

you'd need restricted membership for that box- which requires approval-

management under group settings click membership- Membership Type and Welcome Message (Edit) <-- click the edit- check * Restricted (you approve all requests for membership) click save changes
