if you want a pig tat go with a woman with her chest open exposing her heart, if its a geisha it will look way better

or you can get oldschool and have a heart and dagger, hear with a crown of thorns look

or get religious and use jesus

either him on the cross

or a close up of the spike being drivin through his hand

it hink just showing him lookin weak on the cross or right after he has been whipped with the quote "pain is love" some where would be very good

what ideas you looking for? design or you want opinions on your wording? i would personally not get words like that inked on my body (even if it is symbolic). Think about it some more and i am sure you come up with a nice design with something more poetic and less blunt. Have a look at some of your idols and tattoo websites. They will be a big help.
