She doesn't drink milk so I need a vitamin that has extra calcium. Even maybe folic acid too? Plus she tries to eat her veggies but she is not a big fan lets say. Any suggestions? She is taking the flintstone gummies now with extra vitamin c. Thanks!

  1. By very good vitamins I imagine you mean organic natural vitamins.  Since you are looking for veggies and minerals, I would get Nutrilite Kids Chewable Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables and Nutrilite Kids Multivitamin/Multimineral – Chewables.  Taking 2 fruits and veggies a day will give your kid the phytonutrient power of five-plus servings of concentrated fruits and vegetables.  Taking the multivitamin once a day will provide calcium and 100% of the folic acid needed.  Go to http://Arcameda.com and click on vitamins then Children's Health to get them and see more information on them.  My wife's sister's kids love them.  Go to my profile and email me if you need any further help.  Hope all is well.
