Try Olympus FE 230. It's 7.1 megapixel and is very very light and handy to carry around in your pocket. It takes movie and not bad quality.

Take a look at the Olympus line of cameras. The 850, 720 and 1030SW cameras fit your bill. They are also waterproof and shockproof. Nice little cameras.
