but with out the little blue flowers. does it have a name that i can find out more about this... uhh.. pattern?

It looks more like a tribal than a vine.  Try typing "Tribal Tattoos" in a search engine.  I hope you find what you're looking for.  Good Luck!

Take the picture of what you want to the tattoo artist. HE/She can modify it how you want

Tattoo patterns are called flash. And no it probably doesn't have a name as it was most likely created by an artist for his/her shop or for this particular customer. Simply find an artist you like and describe what you want and have them design it for you.
