I want a wedding at Chicago's Promontory Pt or South Shore Cultural Center.What happens if it runs past 11?

A lot of the Chicago city venues seem great and cheap for a wedding & reception (eg. Promontory Point, South Shore Cultural Center, Garfield Conservatorium), but at each, the event must end at 11. What happens if we end at 11 but don't finish cleaning up until 12 or so?

They aren't going to charge you for the clean up.  The 11 pm time limit is for the ceremony and reception.  Also that time limit is probably for a noise ordinance within the city.
