There are reverse telephone books published where the listing is by number instead of name. Most large city main branches of the public library have a copy. Why not just call and see who answers? I have caller ID and my little caller ID box allows me to block any number. Get caller ID and a box like I have and block the number. I seriously doubt anyone here in this forum is going to have the resources to answer who has this phone number. By the way, just so you know, I just checked and 986 is not a valid area code.
