  1. Try this one by Urban Decay in the color "Shattered."  It's pretty close to the Tiffany blue.

    I tried these on in Sephora the other day (in a different color), and they are fantastic.  Very shimmery and bright, but not so much that you feel clownish wearing them.  I usually don't like Urban Decay, because it's a little *too* "out-there" for me, but I really liked the way these looked and went on.

    --->Good Luck!

  2. Aquafurious From Cuberry (http://cuberry.com/product.php?id_produc...

    Lovely color and shimmer, and seems to be exactly the shade you need.

    Hope I helped

  3. i think the colour's called robin egg blue or tiffany blue after the company bought it or sth.

    im not sure where you could get that colour tho. but apply a turquoisy, baby blue eyeliner and then apply black mascara. the contrast of the two colours will look good together.

    or, you could apply black eyeliner with a LITTLE bit eyeshadow similar to the tiffany blue across the lash line. use one of those loose powder eyeshadows that come in a jar looking thing from rimmel or HIP.  apply one coat of black mascara and then get a clear mascara and with the clear still on, dip the brush into the loose powder eyeshadow and apply it onto your eyelashes. add on 2 coats of the clear after that so the eyeshadow won't go all over the place.

    xoxo
