I want an online diploma/Cert./degree on International business.?

Question

I am in Pakistan. I have done MSc Textiles from Uk. I have a bachelor degree in business before that from Pakistan. I want to learn about WTO and other factors in international business. My basic problem is a cost factor. Though I am a business man but I can't afford high fees. I want to wind up the garments import business and want to join some textile company. I am looking for a cheap online program that could expand my C.V.
