well i have this cream from nivea its soppose to ligthen your skin to make it more even tone it cost me about 6 dollars at walmart so far works good also putting lemon on the spots ligthens them but be careful they might burn, also i have this whitening cream called under-arm lightening cream it doesn't say what brand it is (my friend gave it to me) but im sure they sell it at tj or something but i think that the lemons work really well anyways good luck hope i helped
