  1. the first answer from katie was right, they have probably refused for a good reason probably because your a p**i

  2. I would suggest that as you have been refused a visa, then you do not meet the requirements for such a visa. To apply again for the visa does not make sense, you were refused for a reason.

The requirements and defination of a EEA visa is listed below

What is an EEA Family Permit?

An EEA family permit is a document similar to an entry clearance which has been given the name "EEA family permit" to distinguish it from a visa or entry clearance issued under the Immigration Rules. Instead, EEA family permits are issued under EU Regulations. They are issued to family members of EEA nationals where they wish to travel with or join the EEA national in the UK. They are always issued for six months and they are free of charge.

Under what circumstances can an EEA national count as a “Qualified person” in the UK?

A Qualified person is an EEA national who is in the UK as a:

    Jobseeker

    Worker

    A self employed person

    A self sufficient person

    A student

  3. it is not that difficult to get a visa so they have probably refused you for a very good reason.

  4. The answer from mamapeapod is very helpful. If you fall under any of those category that are qualified for a eea permit then you can re-apply. Applying for a visa and getting a refusal those not actual mean that you cant apply and get a visa again. Every application are viewed with their on merits . The burden of proof is on you the applicant to prove  to the Entry clearance officer that you are going for a genuine reason. I would advice that you submit the appropriate document and other valuable document of yours that you feel they would be of interest even though they are not required. Make sure you submit a photocopy and keep the originals for when they are requested. Look at your refusal letter once more with thorough attention and try to address the issues on  it why you were being refused. If it documents, then get all documents complete. However, you can put in written addressing all the issues of your previous refusal and why it is not an obstacle to your new application. Make sure when you submit your new application this letter accompanies it as the first document.
