I want bigger pec muscles , and have a flat sixpac abs.?

This is really frustrating me, How do I build big chest muscles and trim up my waist and maintain that look. I can bulk up , and I can slim down and have a six pack , but I have never been able to look like one of those natural body builders in magazines. Any advice that can help me? thank you

  1. what sort of chest excercizes do you do?  

    Just doing a variety of flat/incline/decline bench presses with heavy weights and low reps would probably help.  But if you naturally have little chest muscle, its going to require more work and maybe longer to get results.


  2. bench press, butterfly's, and pushups for your pec's (chest)

    trim your waist has nothing to do with weights or crunches...just eat right and burn more calories than you consume. ie...keep the fat off...cardio, and diet.

    body builders in magazines dont always look that "cut"...they are all shaven, oiled up, and dehydrated to the max...that is why they look the way they do.

    eat lots of protein, (eggs, red meat, chicken..etc) as protein helps rebuild your muscles faster

  3. You are looking for "Body Building" not "Martial Arts."

  4. go to bodybuilding.com 75% is diet and the rest is training.

  5. Who doesn't? Try steroids. Not martial arts.
