  1. how are they unfit you will have to prove that they are b4 you do anything

  2. Not that easy, first it is not up to you to decide who it fit, you have to wait until the bab is born and then call cps when ever they do something wrong. Then from there cps will decide where to put the child.

  3. You will have to go through CPS and the courts. Maybe they won't even want to raise the child and will sign him over to you.

  4. You should know the laws, someone who's old enough to be a Grandma would know what you have to do to get custody of a child. Plus, I really don't think the courts would give custody to someone who doesn't know how to spell worth a c**p. I'm having a hard time believing this.

  5. Are they unfit to you in your eyes or are they druggies you might want to give them a chance if this is there first child .but if they do things that are against the law when they have the child then go for it. its up to them to give the baby to you and if they do I'm sure their will be lots of paper work to fill out , like adoption papers .if they are unfit and CPS will take care of that.maybe you should give the kids a chance before you try and swipe their Baby away from them .

  6. I don't know the laws in Langsing but where I live, grandparents can't get custody of their grandchild unless the courts find BOTH parents as unfit. As well, you would have to fight the other grandparents for custody if they too want to become gaurdians.  Regardless, the child's parents would still get to regain custody once they meet the requirements given by the courts.

  7. what makes you think theyre not fit parents? are they crackheads? drunks? irresponsible? maybe having a child will change that. however, its for the state to decide, not you and you really have to have some hardcore proof that these people are not fit parents.

  8. Well, you have to prove that BOTH of them are unfit.  Not just one, you cant just walk into the hospital after the baby is born and demand it.  Also you might want to learn to spell "babyies" in case you need to write a report.  Its "babies" you drop the "y".  A lawyer costs a pretty penny.  About $200/hr and that includes phone calls, visits, emails, court dates and everything else.  You cant prove that they are unfit until the baby is born.

*And for the record, if you prove that both parents are unfit, the court will NOT give the baby to you.  It might go in a foster home.  I looked at one of your questions and this is what you asked "I  have a felony charge from 1995 and a misdemeanor charge from 1996 in the state of michigan." So why would a judge give a baby to someone with a record.  Your supposed to be a mother and now grandmother but your out doing god knows what.

  9. You have to prove it first lady.

This doesn't sound real, surely someone with your life experience, knows that there is more to it than just 'paying' for guardianship.

You have to legitimately prove it, CPS will get involved and everything.

Plus, for a fit guardian, your spelling is shocking.

  10. Talk to a lawyer. Are the parents unfit because of drug arrests, etc.? Do they have a history of trouble with the law? Then you have a chance. if they just suck at life but have no record of being crappy people then you are stuck.
