I want excersizes to help stretching my back as far i can without pain?

i tried to do the bridge and i failed can not arch my back so i can reach the grounds and my legs hurt me and my hands could not hold my body please tell me more excerise that i can try (not bridge ) because i can not do it

please serious long answers with video links if possible

  2. first lay on ur stomach then push up on ur arms and tilt ur head back. that mostly stretches out the abs. then, curl in so that ur knees are against ur chest and put ur arms out straight with fingers on the floor. it should feel good and help stretch u out.
