I want fast broadband!! help

now, i have broadband with a limit in downloads. I want to change it to unlimited, or close to unlimited (so i can download many videos) and fast speed. I heard that theres ADSL 2 etc. but i don't know which one to buy/contract with. My budget is around the $60 mark? help
