I want flawless skin without makeup help!?

i have oily skin in places with a little acne and dry skin in places too. i have heaps of freckles ( i know i cant get rid of those) but i mainly have red and blotchy skin i guess from acne damage. i eat sort of healthy but i dont drink enough water. i'm trying to go on a healthy food/water diet. what foods should i eat and how much water should i drink every day? i've heard "heaps" of water for flawless skin but just how much is heaps?!

  1. 8 glasses of water

    clean your face every morning and before you go to bed (clean&clear or neutrogena)

    eat right, fruits and veggis

    you'll have clearer skin in no time


  2. it is a very bad idea to dirnk too much water. if you have to omuch, your salt in your blood with get diluted and thats very dangerous

    Most peoples skin has discolourations, whether its redness of darker patches.

    Your skin can never be totally flawless, no matter what you do to it.

    You can have chemical peels and stuff if you're willing to cough up for it

  3. wear tinted moisturiser, i know it is kinda like make up but the one i use (nivea visage young tinted moisturiser) is non comedogenic which means that it doesn't cause spots. Furthermore, it has spf so you won't burn. good luck.  

  4. you should also avoid cigarettes and alcohol, these are very bad for skin. eating healthy is a great step, but you need to clean and moisturize everyday. even if skin is oily, it need to be moisturized!
