It's hard to understand your question, but what I believe you are asking is if you can name an insurance agency and represent many companies.

The answer is "Yes". Name your agency and then contract with as many carriers as you can conceiveably handle, and will accept your agency appointment.

Most insurance companies will require their agents to carry Errorrs and Omissions insurance. (E&O)

Some companies will require a minimal amount of production to keep your contract.

With approximately 2500 or so insurance companies in the US, I don't think you'll want to try to contract with all the ones that are licensed in your state.
