Well, do you want to go there for holidays or live there?

If you want to live there:

In Korea there are many migrant labours, however getting a citizenship or permanent residency is rather hard. Except, of course you marry a women from south Korea.

If you only want to visit there you don't need a Visa - well it depends where you are from. See here for more information:

If you want to work in Korea you need a work Visa, whcih has to be obtained with the endorsement of the employer in Korea.
