I think you mean the song 'Tujhse Naraaz Nahi Zindagi, Hairaan Hoon Main'. It is from the 1983 film Masoom, directed by Shekhar Kapoor, and the song is composed by R D Burman. There are two versions, one sung by Anup Ghoshal and the other by Lata Mangeshkar. I am providing a link where you can listen to both versions.
