I want it to be thicker; it's too thin!?

Question

I would really appreciate some help on how to make my hair thicker. My hair is really thin and I've used every thing from shampoo to mousse, to hairspray, to blow drying upside down and fluffing. Nothing seems to work. I have really strong jawbones so there aren't many hairstyles that look really good on me since I have such thin hair so any advice on hair styles would be great. To get an idea, my facial structure is alarmingly similar to Julia Stiles. Thanks!

have you tried aussie awesome volume mousse and the aussie awesome volume 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner?

if you haven't, try that. it's a volume shampoo, not a thickening shampoo. but volume is what makes it look thick and bouncy.

also, try using a curling iron for soft waves. or try scrunching your hair after showering in the morning. scrunch with catwalk by beadhead scrunching gel, and set me up by herbal essences. all of these products can be found in drugstores and hair salons.

Sad but it sound as if you have tried everything and there is one thing you can't change is genetics... take a good multi-vitamin... try and stay away from flat ironing to much... you know you only get to have what god gave ya... try the paris hilton hair extension at Sally's beauty supply if you have a store in you area... they just clip on... a lot of people use them to not just make hair longer but thicker...

if you want short term fullness, try mouse or teasing it a little

but if you want long satisfaction, try extentions that are the same length as your hair , they add volume:)

Use "Volume" shampoos (Pantene Sheer Volume, Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo). Also try Nioxin for thin hair.

Or just try to eat more protein (fish oil gel pills work).
