If you mean the ones in the fan, the round ones, they look like the type that have a mirror finish on half of them...the bottom half...I bought two recently at Wal-Mart. They were a bit pricey (about 7 U.S. bucks I think) but we have a sink w/ those round light strips over it that shines directly back towards the bed...if anyone got up before the other and turned the bathroom lights on...it was a bean to sleeping eyelids. So the solution was the mirror bottomed bulbs. The light now all goes back towards the wall and none shines towards the bedroom.

In the case of the fan in the video, they would beam the light back up towards the ceiling.
