i work out and im 6' 2" and weigh 160, im cut but i want to look like t.o., what type of program should i do to get that. im 16 years old.

  1. steroids help. um maybe a heightened sense of realization.


  2. bench a lot. i mean A LOT!!!

    squats and lunges build leg muscles and speed.

    sit ups and leg raisers work on abs.

    and dont worry about what that guy said, 16 is a perfect age to start working out. if you work out when ur young, the muscles will adapt to your growing body and eventually, you will look like t o. i started when i was 14.

  4. Work out how you feel is proper for you, and what you are comfortable with. Don't mimic other people and try to be like someone else, whether it be personality, body fitness, fashion, lifestyle, etc. 16 years old? You may be a bit too young to start sculpting your body, as you have years to grow and mature. Though some people do it, it is not recommended for many health reasons.

    And steroids are BAD. Don't be dumb & fall to that level of person.
