babysit. do odd jobs around your house and ask your parents to pay you a certain amount per hour. walk dogs. wash cars.

just help people out and charge very little and if you get enough people to stuff for...youll start to see a flow of cash.

the other answers are good that say to babysit, walk dogs, mow/rake yards etc.  money is hard to come by at that age so you have to think of jobs you can do that others would like to pay you for your time.  what about "spring" cleaning garages?  trimming back overgrown branches  or planting spring flowers?  lots of stuff but you have to put in the time to make money.
