I want more info about the unkown species recently found dead, it was like a dog with a beak?

Im trying to find a picture of it or an article about it to show my friend. It was a really ugly dog like animal that no one has ever seen before. I heard it was found dead, washed up from a lake or shore of some kind. Not sure.

It's considered to be just an oddly-decomposed raccoon.

I just saw it on Fox News.  I think they said it washed up in the Hamptons in New York.  They still don't know what it is.  It is ugly.
