I assume you mean syndicated via satellite, CD, or MP3 delivery?  There are hundreds of syndicators looking for new product.  Put together a demo, similar to an air-check, highlighting some of the best parts of past shows.  A national syndicator may also want to see ratings history and what size market the show is currently in.  It may take a while, so be patient.
