  1. i've had a few parents take care of their babies. it's fun to watch and they are protective of their babies for few moths.  more often than not one of the parents turn out bad though and it's usually the male.  so separate the male, and see if the mother can take care of the offsprint.

  2. Split the tank with a barrier until the fry are big enough. Is your tank large enough?

  3. I'm not sure if Angelfish look after their fry or not, however.

It's probably a better idea if you keep the Fry in a hospital net?

Or go out and buy a 2.5 gallon tank, and put a sock over the filter entrance.. Make sure you rinse the sock first.

For feeding, you can buy hatchery eggs. It's Krill, the same thing as sea monkeys. You want the small, healthy food to make them strong. You could also consider buying cheap live plants to put in there, or finely ground some tropical fish flakes.

But really, your best bet is to keep them separated for them to thrive.
