I want my braces off?

i have had my braces for a little over 2 years now, and im going into 11th grade. not many people still have braces, i'm so tired of them! i have been wearing elastics for like 3 months noww. i have another ortho appointtment this week where he is going to "finally bring together my molars"... do i sound close? is there anything i can do to speed up this end process/ i literally wear my elastics 24/7 and brush twice a day..

I'm going into 11th grade now as well and I feel your pain.

It's especially difficult to see all your friends have their braces taken off. D:

BUT just think you're teeth are going to look absolutely amazing. You'll definitely be happy with the results.

Maybe you could try telling your dentist if your teeth are ready for just a retainer,but i would just stick to the braces,i had them and then i used a retainer but my stupid dentist made it wrong,and it hurt my teeth,so now i dont have perfect front teeth *SIGH*

Tell the dentist you no longer want them, maybe you can do invisaline.

thats not tht long my sister just got hers off after 5 years and then even after bracces is a retainer which i have i had my braces on for 3 years it sucks when they break and scratch ur mouth and it bleeds but itdk wat to say

Yes you are close.  I know after all this time you must be anxious.  But just remember all of the hard work you've put in to get them this far.  The orthodotist really does know best.  Don't rush it to ruin the great job thats been done already.

i have braces too, ive had them 10 months and still have the first wire! theres nothing you can do to fix it.

Please do what your Orthodontist tells you, these teeth have got to last a very long time!  I had braces too and they do get tiring, but just imagine how gorgeous your smile will be!  Have your wisdom teeth come in yet?  Mine had to be extracted. The end result will make you one very happy person, so hang in there!
