  1. Oh really? And you think that the only way your daughter can succeed in life is by marrying royalty? You are teaching her all sorts of things, aren't you? Why don't you get your head out of the clouds and tend to her education instead? The best education begins at home with the expression, "Go do your homework right this minute!"

  2. and be a 'bird in a guilded cage?'

  3. What about her having love in her life?  What good is being a princess if you don't have love?

  4. Wow, I thought Americans were materialistic!

  5. She doesn't have to become royalty to not struggle, and sometimes creates character. You should tell her to go to college, get a really good degree, and definitely get involved in a good career that she loves, and encourage her to be an entrepreneur or CEO of a huge company.

  6. you want your daughter to live life like a goldfish in a bowl with everything she does open to scrutiny ????

you want your daughter to have security???  teach her the value of doing an honest day's work for an honest day's pay ..

THAT'S security .. Not being some wealthy man's brood mare.

  7. Ensure that she is, in fact, Kate Middleton.

  8. good luck

  9. she can marry one of the princes

    xD

or you can start her up a savings account

  10. Make sure that your daughter learns a trade that will be useful to her for her entire life.  Nursing, teaching, accounting to name a few are good stepping stone jobs and can lead to bigger careers if that is what she wishes.   But most importantly teach your daughter to be debt free.  Students loans, car loans and credit cards can be a disaster and chain her to a cycle of minimum payments for the rest of her life.

  11. Read about Henry the 8th and see how secure that was for his wives.

Perhaps if your daughter found a man who loved her and treated her like a Queen and kept her safe and warm every day, that would be a better thing than corrupting her with "Royalty".

  12. Isn't this what every parent wants for their child.  I would say that you should raise her to be a responsible and educated person so that when she's older she doesn't have to rely on you for money but be able to go out and earn for herself and be the independent person that you want her to be in mind and financially.

  13. I wouldn't wish royalty on my kids.  Sure was not a happy thing for either Diana or for Sarah Ferguson, was it?

Being rich and wealthy isn't great when you have the whole world watching your every move.

Why not encourage your child to enter a field of study for a career that is needed, no matter what the state of the economy is? Planning, and doing, instead of just wishing for a prince to come along.

  14. Ask the Prince of Wales if he's willing to marry your daughter. =P

Honestly, that's what all parents want. Just keep doing what you do and maybe start saving up for her.
