please din't misunderstand uncle S i going to get divoice because my husband was cheating on me swice already so i cant take it anymore that why i asking for divoice and i didn't know much about us laws so that why i can i want to make sure my kid still be take care from her's daddy

You will need to file for custody of the child and ask for child support for the child and alimony for yourself (if you have been a housewife, rather than work out of the home).

Your child whoever it stays with will be taken care of by both parents. If you were to look after the child the father would have to still pay money to look after the child. If he doesn't you should take him into court. For more advice and information you should go and seek help with a lawyer.
