I want my elder son, Shubham Kumar, to be admitted in PSBB, K. K. Nagar branch in 8th Std. What'is procedure?

At present Shubham is studying in class 7 at Chettinad Vidyashram and is securing very good marks.He is unable to use his full potential in his present school.I want him to get admitted in 8 th Standard in PSBB, K K Nagar. Please advise me regarding its procedure.
