how can i get my eyes back? like do i use contacts when i put in contacts do my eyes go smaller? like im 11yrs old and i hate my eyes now. i asked my mom if my eyes would change and she said no but now my eyes got bigger and are poking out what do i do? I WANT MY EYES BACK :(

This does not actually happen, it's an illusion. Listen to the optometrist in the question above. My daughter had a friend who believed the same thing, and I had to be the one to break her heart by telling her, no, your eyes have always looked like that.

Glasses and contact lenses do not make the eyes smaller, larger, wider or poke out.

If you really think your eyes are protruding more now compared to a year ago (compare old photos), then you should see your eye doctor.   The only things that make eyes protrude are medical problems that will need medication, surgery or both.
