I want my group to start up where I left off before. Is that possible?

When I ask a question, possible answers are given. I can't read through 4204 answers in case the answer is there. My Question was: If I start up in the group I belong to, I would like to start reading where I left off.. Is that possible?

no, that is not possible. as long as posts are being sent to the group, that's where it's going to start. there is no feature to go to where you left off, and I don't think any group provider offers that. you can sort per post title, and most cookies save and show what ones you've clicked on my a different color.

Maybe this will help, if you look at the bottom of the group page you will see a record of the number of posts each month.  Just click on the month you would like to go to and you will go there.  Is  that is what you  want?
