  1. Take silicea and Vitamin B12.You'll notice your hair and nails improving within a month.

  2. Aussie 3 min deep conditioner.

    TIGI Ego Boost leave-in conditioner =] x

  3. l'oriel elvive ......

  4. Go to a salon and ask them if you can get a deep conditioning treatment...they don't cost much at all and it will really start to help your hair get back to being healthy. My stylist always tells me I should take prenatal vitamins to make my hair grow faster...yes they are typically for women who are pregnant, but they are packed full of nutrients...and as along as you take them everyday, your hair should start growing faster. They worked for me :-)

  5. Hi Jadie

I'm not sure where you live, but if Pureology Haircare products are available there, that's your answer.

I have long, fine, curly hair---the kind that's most prone to breakage---and since I started using Pureology shampoo and conditioner, I haven't had so much as a split end.   (AND I use heat on it every day!)

This stuff is rather pricey (about $26 each for the shampoo and conditioner) but absolutely worth it.   You'll want the "hydrating" type in the purple bottle.   Try it, you'll have no regrets!

MISTEEEEEEEE HI GF, how are ya!   :)

  6. well id start by going to a salon and having a small trim, only ask for the very ends to be cut off. this will mean that your hair will start to grow faster and in better condition. i would also recommend you start using good conditioners. I use a deep intennse treatment conditoner that you can get from all pharmacies and use this 2-3 times a week after washing your hair and leave on for about 10-20 minutes. make sure you concentrate on the ends of your hair. you could also buy a leave in conditioner, which you put in after normal shampooing and conditioning and then dont rinse it out. this will make your hair in much better condition. if you are using straighters, blow driers regularly then try to cut down on how often your using them, give your hair a rest now and again. and also dont wash your hair every day, i made that mistake and it really dried out my hair! good luck!

  7. If you're in the UK then give the bodyshops Brazil Nut hair mask a try.  It's amazing, I'm trying to grow my hair, so I'm trying to keep it in good condition without cutting it and this really works.  Makes hair soft and shiny.
