Ask for your hair to be lightly layered, with side bangs... Ask for your part to be a few inches from your center part, not TOO much to the side, or else you'll get a totally different look. Or, best of all,

GET A PICTURE OF THAT HAIRSTYLE and show it to your stylist.

she'll know exactly what to do, and will tell you what products to use to make it so pretty.

well...first you should ask for the length you want and then ask for side swept bangs and a lot of layers so when you put your hair up some pieces will fall down like Hilary's in the video....
