How can I get my husband to be the same way? I like to eat more in the day time while I am doing things and then when I slow down to relax, I want to only eat something like fruit etc. But when I have to stand up to cook the the meal, it is hard to not dip into it. It would be so much nicer if we were in agreement. I am 10-15 lbs heavier than I need to be b/c of this. He could lose at least 20 lbs that he REALLY needs to lose if he would begin eating this way.
