Question:

I want my largest meal to be at lunch time, my light meal in the evening

How can I get my husband to be the same way? I like to eat more in the day time while I am doing things and then when I slow down to relax, I want to only eat something like fruit etc. But when I have to stand up to cook the the meal, it is hard to not dip into it. It would be so much nicer if we were in agreement. I am 10-15 lbs heavier than I need to be b/c of this. He could lose at least 20 lbs that he REALLY needs to lose if he would begin eating this way.

  1. It's hard. Men are very into their large evening meal.  I don't know why, but they are.  Just try to tell him the health benefits.  personally, I like eating little meals 4 to 6 times a day.


  2. it should be in the morning because than ur metabolism will be faster

  3. eating a big lunch will jsut make you more tired during the day.. breakfast should actually be the best meal of the day... followed by dinner, and a light lunch
