I want my monroe.what age?how painful?

I really want to get my monroe done but whats the age for it iin ENGLAND

and does it hurt really bad.

because ive read posts and people say monroe hurts alot :|:|

I've had 2 Monroe piercings and i can say it does hurt more than the bottom lip

but the pain isn't unbearable.

I'm not sure what the age would be in England but i'm assuming you would have to be over 16 and have a ID with you.

ahhhhh the monroe actually its not more of a sting but more like pressue like aaaa hitting ur funny bone except its on ur lip. actually to be more specific u cant feel it going through the inside but when it comes out it hurt! but i dont live in england so i wouldnt know
